Marcin Salwin

Absolwent studiów licencjackich (2020) i magisterskich (2022) na specjalizacji rysunek Uniwersytetu Artystycznego w Poznaniu. Laureat II miejsca na II Biennale Tkaniny Artystycznej w Poznaniu oraz zwycięzca IX. edycji konkursu im. Alicji Kępińskiej na najlepszą pracę teoretyczną magisterską UAP powstałą w roku akademickim 2021/22 za pracę “Dialog kartograficzno-wirtualny na przykładzie przestrzeni gier wideo lat 90” (pod opieką prof. dr. hab. Izoldy Kiec). Główne zainteresowania artystyczne i teoretyczne autora obejmują zagadnienia narratologii transmedialnej, wątki popkulturowe oraz dialogowanie z odniesieniami literatury. Prace prezentowane były m.in. w Muzeum Narodowym w Dżakarcie, Galerii Miejskiej Arsenał w Poznaniu, Rondzie Sztuki w Katowicach oraz Muzeum Etnograficznym we Wrocławiu.

Graduate of BA (2020) and MA (2022) studies in the field of drawing at the University of Arts in Poznań. Winner of the 2nd place at the 2nd Artistic Textile Biennale in Poznań and winner of the 9th edition of the Alicja Kępińska competition for the best theoretical MA thesis at the UAP created in the academic year 2021/22 for his work „Cartographic-virtual dialogue on the example of the space of video games of the 1990s” (under the supervision of Prof. dr. hab. Izolda Kiec). The author’s main artistic and theoretical interests include issues of transmedia narratology, pop culture themes and dialoguing with literary references. Works have been exhibited at the National Museum in Jakarta, the Galeria Miejska Arsenał in Poznań, Rondo Sztuki in Katowice and the Ethnographic Museum in Wrocław, among others.
